Sheet 03 — Packing

How your order
leaves the floor.

Six checks between the shelf and your door. Most disputes in this trade come from short counts and mixed cartons, so this is where we spend the effort.

  1. 01 Pulled to your ratio

    Stock is picked against the size run on your confirmed quotation, not a standard pack.
  2. 02 Checked piece by piece

    Every garment is handled once for stitching, stains and misprints before it goes into a bag.
  3. 03 Individually poly-bagged

    Each piece bagged so it reaches your shelf ready to hang or ready to ship on to your own customer.
  4. 04 Cartoned by style

    One style per carton wherever quantities allow, so receiving does not turn into a sorting job.
  5. 05 Marked and listed

    Style, size breakdown and quantity printed on the carton, with a packing list inside and out.
  6. 06 Counted out

    Carton count confirmed against the invoice at handover, whether you collect or we deliver.

Sheet 04 — Ordering

Five steps,
same week despatch.

Work in this order and in-stock lines are usually packed and out within the same working week.

Send the brief

Categories, sizes and rough quantities. A photo of what already sells for you says more than a spec sheet.

Check samples

Collect at Paya Lebar Square or we courier them across. Handle the fabric before buying a carton of it.

Confirm the quote

Written quotation with unit price, pack quantity, size ratio and the colourways reserved for you.

04

Pick and pack

The six-step packing routine runs, and the carton count is confirmed against your invoice.

05

Collect or receive

Self-collect, or islandwide delivery on a date you choose. Freight forwarding arranged on request.

Sheet 05 — Trade terms

Wholesale only.
No retail counter.

Terms below cover standard in-stock lines. Indent runs, own-label production and export orders are quoted separately once we have seen the spec.

One carton per style. Mixed colourways count towards the same carton.
Pack quantity
Varies by category — from 24 pcs on outerwear to 120 pcs on socks. Printed on every quotation.
Sizing
Adult S to 3XL on most lines, men's and women's cuts. Free size on selected dresses and skirts.
Pricing
Tiered by quantity, with a standing rate for accounts ordering monthly.
Customisation
Print, embroidery and your own woven or care labels on plain bodies. Higher minimums apply.
Lead time
In-stock lines packed within 2–5 working days. Indent runs quoted at confirmation.
Delivery
Islandwide delivery or self-collect at Paya Lebar Square. Export documents prepared on request.
Shortages
Report any count discrepancy within 3 working days of receipt and we will reconcile it against the packing list.
Payment
PayNow or bank transfer against invoice. Credit terms considered for regular accounts.
